It’s been puzzled why famous Russian Oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov — a billionaire who, until recently, was the head of Sistema the engineering company that makes drones — is able to escape U.S. penalties.
Yevtushenkov was hit hard by U.K sanctions that forced him to sell a large share in Sistema group in the month of March. Vladimir gave 10% of the part of the company to his son following his son was hit by U.K. sanctions, Reuters announced in the early days.
However, the Russian billionaire who has evaded the massive U.S. sanctions has raised concerns among honest journalists.
“Despite his close ties with his close ties to Kremlin… Vladmir Yevtushenkov appears to be unaffected,” EU Reporter noted.
“Yevtushenkov is 73 years old and was identified as a suspect in Kremlin Report as one of 200 officials and businessmen who were who are accused of being corrupt. He was reported by Forbes Magazine to be worth $1.4 billion. He previously had $9 billion, which made him the 15th richest person.”
“His company Kronshtadt which is which is part of Sistema Group – is said to be providing Orion drones to Russian forces to attack city areas,” the report added. There have been raging protests outside his residence in London.

A brand new report exclusive to The Daily Mail, however, resolves the mystery of how Yevtushenkov was approved by U.K., but is still not sanctioned in the U.S.
“Hunter Biden traveled to Moscow to meet with a sanctioned Russian Oligarch, who is believed to have close connections towards Vladimir Putin, laptop files show,” the Daily Mail published.
“But when he was placed on the UK and Australian sanctions lists in the month of March, however he remains among the few oligarchs not sanctioned from government officials under the Biden government,” the Mail added.
“Hunter’s numerous meetings and apparent business agreements with him are just the latest on a troubling network of connections to Putin-linked super-rich individuals that have emerged from his laptop which he left behind,” the report continued.
“Emails reveal that the son of the president and business partners were negotiating with Yevtushenkov to invest into their property business during 2012 as well as 2013” the Mail reported.
Documents obtained by the investigative reporter Vicky Ward also show that Yevtushenkov was planning to travel to U.S. U.S. from March 12 until March 15, 2012.
