
Fortnite is bringing back several Star Wars items for the next two weeks. Epic Games is announcing.
A majority of costumes will be making the return to commemorate Star Wars day tomorrow, like lightsabers.
In the time period that begins with May 4, and running until May 17th, the game’s merchandise shop will have each previously-released Star Wars outfit that wasn’t included in the Battle Pass.
It basically means that nine of the 10 previous Star Wars outfits will be in stock – with some of them dating to 2019 with the exception from the Mandalorian.
The complete list of outfits offered will be as the following:
- Boba Fett
- Fennec Shand
- Finn
- Imperial Stormtrooper
- Krrsantan
- Kylo Ren
- Rey
- Sith Trooper
- Zorii Bliss
Lightsabers will be available as weapons for a short period of time in the game. They they will be available in four variants.
Luke Skywalker’s green lightsaber Kylo Ren’s light-saber red, and Mace Windu’s purple lightsaber is in the islands. A blue lightsaber is also be seen, but unlike this was once Rey’s lightsaber, now it is owned by Obi Wan Kenobi.
It is expected that the E-11 Blaster Rifle will be included in the game as well. Players will be able locate them in chests or on the ground. Players they will also be able locate a Stormtrooper checkpoints, where they will be able to swap Bars in exchange for an E-11 Blaster.
The new Star Wars quests will also be available and only be available through May 17. The quests include capturing a “landspeeder’ (a vehicle) and making use of Jedi contraband (a lightsaber). Each quest earns XP as well as the Empire Banner will be rewarded when you complete five.
